TANIGUCHI puts full preparation examination (cutting, embedding, grinding, hardness, surface) in execution placed in the factory site.
- Automated embedding machine
After cutting, it is embedded into a mold to make a test portion. 
- Automated grinding machine
It realizes higher degree of accuracy by grinding the surface. 
- Micro-Vickers hardness testing machine
It determines the hardness by the diagonal line length of indentation after pressing a piece of diamond square-spindled down to a test portion. It is possible to determine lighter value than Vickers hardness testing machine. 
- Metal scope
It realizes wide metallographic observation with a high powered lens. 
- Immersion ultrasound flaw detector
It determines bonding ratio of each part at the final stage of diffusion bonding which is our original technology.
