TANIGUCHI is very active for Company Social Responsibility (CSR).

●Company resort house planned to construction

We have responsibility for global warming as a heat treatment company and are very active for a role of environmental preservation. As part of them, we possess 70 ha of forest. TANIGUCHI regards this forest as the key to the environmental awareness-raising activity.

A company resort house is going to construct on the waterside, where is close to the source of Uchinuki-water. Uchinuki-water has been selected as one of the best 100 natural water in Japan for 2 years running.

●About 3,000 trees planted (as of July 20, 2007)

You will find a lot of trees on our property including factory sites.

Enrai-sou, a seminar house

A project as part of CSR. This seminar house has been used by 52 colleges and universities.

Enrai-sou is a old traditional house aged about 150 years.
TANIGUCHI is going to reconstruct in Saijo to open to public.

"Enrai-sou" is the name which was come by famous words of the Discoursed of Confucius. We will open the house to public around Saijo for various purposes.

Pottery class

There is a pottery class to be opened to employees and local residents in our site.

The class is held twice a month and Mr. Masashi Shinohara, a full member of Japan Art and Crafts Association, teaches us pottery.
Our pottery room is open 24 hours for free to have a good time with pottery. Now we have about 20 people in class and you will be able to enjoy pottery in good environment.
